WHEN I’M WANTING TO CHANGE AN OLD HABIT … I don’t try to say “no” to whatever I think the problem is; that just keeps me facing towards the issue and firmly entrenched in it! What I really need is to look out towards the future and practice saying “YES” to something new instead.

I’m saying yes to a new way of thinking
I’m saying yes to starting again
I’m saying yes to giving myself a break
I’m saying yes to lightening up a little
I’m saying yes to making peace with where I’m at
I’m saying yes to telling happier stories
I’m saying yes to doing things different
I’m saying yes to changing my posture
I’m saying yes to finding relief
I’m saying yes to moving my body
I’m saying yes to quietening my mind occasionally
I’m saying yes to taking more naps
I’m saying yes to looking forward
I’m saying yes to imagining positive outcomes
I’m saying yes to improved health
I’m saying yes to getting more massages
I’m saying yes to noticing how I feel
I’m saying yes to deciding where I want to go
I’m saying yes to waiting for inspiration
I’m saying yes to a higher quality of life
I’m saying yes to remembering the good times
I’m saying yes to talking about my success
I’m saying yes to having more fun
I’m saying yes to laughing out loud
I’m saying yes to freedom
I’m saying yes to turning myself on
I’m saying yes to knowing real pleasure
I’m saying yes to breathing even deeper
I’m saying yes to feeling so much better
I’m saying yes to opening my heart
I’m saying yes to being more focused
I’m saying yes to treating myself well
I’m saying yes to accepting how far I’ve come
I’m saying yes to liking who I am again
I’m saying yes to love

What would you like to say “yes” to?
